Janet is the youngest member of the Jackson family, her big brothers formed the group The Jackson 5. Michael Jackson is her Legendary brother. She started music in 1982

Her debut album ' Janet Jackson' came out in 1982.

2 years later, in 1984 she released 'Dream Street' .

Again 2 years later, she released 'Control' it sold over 14 million copies worldwide.

In 1989 she released 'Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation 1814' the CD went to number one in multiple countries.

'Janet.' was releasedin 1993 it went 6 times platinum, it sold over 20 million copies.

In 1997 'The Velvet Rope' came out and sold over 5 million copies.

In 2001 'All for You' was released and sold 7 million copies worldwide.

'Damita Jo' was released in 2004.

In 2006 '20 Y.O.' came out.

In 2008 'Discipline' was released and sold over 200 000 copies.

In 2009 she released her 'Number Ones'.
